Shipping & Returns
Processing and Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping will take between 3-4 business days. High-value orders may need to be signed for. If you are not available during the scheduled delivery time, contact UPS to schedule a different delivery time or pick up.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via UPS. Please allow up to 48 hours for UPS tracking to update.
Check to see if there are any damages to your order as soon as possible. If there is any damage to your order, contact us immediately, within 1-5 business days.
Pickup is available for local customer from 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m. EST. You will receive an email or text when your order is ready, depending on the contact information you provided. Local customers may call or email to arrange pickup.
Call or email us if you want to order bulk quantities so that we can discuss shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want customers to be satisfied with every purchase. Your order might not be what you expected and you wish to return it or exchange it for a different product. We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers will be credited in the same form as the original purchase type.
Only unopened products are accepted for returns and exchange. Return the products in the original packaging with the original invoice. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for any damages during the shipping process, and all returned products should be in the same condition as when delivered to the customer.
